Garlic Wood Butchery is an independent online butchers based in West Sussex, and delivering nationwide. We partner with a small group of like-minded farmers and producers who share our commitment to offering customers the best quality dry-aged beef produced under Pasture for Life certification, as well as high-welfare and ethically farmed lamb, pork and poultry.

Our business is underpinned by our conviction that ethical food production can, and must, run hand-in-hand with a respect for animal welfare and with the goal of supporting a viable, small-scale rural food network focused on improving the state of our farmed environment.

We offer UK-wide home delivery as well as running our popular butchery classes from our premises in West Sussex.
